Losing the Sleep game

I can survive this. I’ve lost three full nights sleep this week. I know I’ve written about this twice already but I have a big week upcoming, that is to say a Wednesday colonoscopy. Tuesday fluids and drink the nasty prep beverage then arrive at 11 a.m. for the procedure. I need my rest!

Totally unrelated but we have a winter weather advisory to boot!  1-3 inches and freezing temps? Hello! It’s gonna be May in a few days!

I’d say my mood has been exceptionally good for the amount of sleep I am getting. When I was younger I would typically go to bed at 1 a.m. and get up about 6 on average. My age and mental conditions are forcing an adjustment. Normally as men age they need less sleep, or so I have seen. So I am sure I will see those days arrive.
