Drowsy from my meds and its after 10, this is no life.
Stuck in a rewind of my mistakes, this is no life.
Withering away like a dead flower, this is no life.
Hoping for the end, this is no life.
Day after day the same, this is no life.
I don’t see the the sunshine, this is no life,
I don’t hear the birds sing, this is no life.
Stuck in this ground hogs day, this is no life.
Maybe I won’t awake from my sleep tomorrow, this is no life.
I can only hope.
